Mamacores were carnivorous creatures from the estuary moon of Trask. One member of this species was held in captivity by Quarren boatmen, who regularly fed the beast. At one point, this mamacore attempted to eat Grogu alive, but was attacked soon after by the Mandalorian warrior Koska Reeves, who saved Grogu.
Acklay
Acklays were amphibious reptilian crustaceans with six deadly claws and razor-sharp teeth native to the planet Vendaxa. They were used as execution beasts by the Geonosians, and one attempted to kill Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Padmé Amidala in the Petranaki Arena prior to the outbreak of the Clone Wars.
Scurrier
Scurriers were a species of small non-sentient creatures that hailed from the desert planet of Tatooine. They were characterized by their long ears, distinctive snout, and skittish temperament.
Bantha
Banthas were a species of large, hairy mammals with sharp, spiraling horns. They inhabited the desert planet Tatooine, though they were bred on many worlds throughout the galaxy.
Massiff
The massiff was a reptilian species of dangerous hunters found on desert planets including Tatooine and Geonosis. Massiffs were domesticated for sentry and guard tasks, and were used by the Tusken Raiders of Tatooine.
Nevarro Reptavians
With a wingspan of several meters, Nevarro Reptavians hunted in flocks at night and were powerful enough to lift an entire blurrg and carry it away.
Lava Meerkat
Lava meerkats inhabited Nevarro by circa 9 ABY. During their escape from the forces of Imperial warlord Moff Gideon, the bounty hunter Din Djarin and his companions encountered the meerkats on the banks of an underground lava river.
Dewback
Rugged reptillian lizards native to the deserts of Tatooine, dewbacks were able to withstand the heat of the world's binary suns, as well as the dust that caused mechanical breakdowns in high-tech conveyances.
