Background: The Imperium-Class Super Star Destroyer is the greatest vessel in United Imperial Republic. It’s 260 km long and bears enough weapons to win almost any battle. Originating from Palpatine’s plans to save Galactic Empire, it was built by UIR as part of Megalithic Invader Initiative. Designed to be the most dangerous war-machine in the galaxy, it’s stationed in MII’s secret facility after some unforeseen incidents.

Imperium-Class Super Star Destroyer is meant to lead and win wars all by itself. It has enough weapons and military equipment aboard to win massive battles and hold control over entire galactic sectors. Its super laser can be used to destroy Super Star Destroyers, cities or whole planets. In case too much multitasking is required from the USD, it can deploy its own complement of star destroyers and World Devastators. Thanks to supplies held onboard the ship can stay on a mission for 20 years away from UIR territory (World Devastators can extend that time even more).

Thanks to special hull structure, powerful overlapping set of shields and sheer size the Imperium-Class Super Star Destroyer can survive a single hit from a super laser (medium power setting). Its many turbo lasers can obliterate any known class of a Super Star Destroyer within a few seconds of focused fire. Two Executor-class Super Star Destroyers and sixteen standard star destroyers can dock to the ship and treat as a spaceport. Inside its vast hangars are also 6 World Devastators and 30 smaller warships. Because of immense size Imperium-Class Super Star Destroyer has over a dozen command centers, each serving as a bridge for a portion of the vessel. The main bridge has its own independent set of shield generators and laser cannon batteries to provide better defense than in other smaller Imperial spacecrafts.

Plans to use the Imperium-Class Super Star Destroyer against the New Republic were put aside in 28 ABY when the United Imperial Republic and the First Order combined forces and the massive ship was left behind at the Megalithic Invader Initiative in the Unknown Regions for use at a later date.
