Background: CT-0000/1010, nicknamed “Fox,” was a clone trooper who fought in the Clone Wars as a soldier in the Grand Army of the Republic. Bred from the genetic template of the human bounty hunter Jango Fett, he served as a Clone Sergeant in the 501st Legion by the time of Order 66—the event that triggered the systematic purge of the Jedi Order in the 19 BBY. As a result, Fox was with his legion as they marched on the Coruscant Jedi Temple under the command of the newly-anointed Sith Lord Darth Vader.

As the fighting continued between the clones and their former allies, Fox’s troops guarded one of the Temple’s starfighter hangars both to prevent outsiders from entering and Jedi from escaping. After Fox’s commanding officer, Clone Commander CC-1119 “Appo” ordered Senator Bail Organa to leave the premises, the troopers were ambushed by Padawan Zett Jukassa, who succeeded in killing several troopers and wounding Appo during his escape attempt. However, the young Jedi was soon overwhelmed and fatally shot by Fox’s men. Although Organa fled the scene, horrified by what he had witnessed, the sergeant ordered the clones to not fire on the senator’s speeder.
