Effect: The target returns to consciousness. The target has the same restrictions as imposed by the remain conscious power.

Background: Return another to consciousness was a Control and Alter-based Force power. A Force-sensitive could draw upon the Force to return an unconscious individual to consciousness. Galactic Emperor Palpatine possessed this ability.
