Background: The Erebus labor camp was an Imperial labor camp located on the planet Erebus. It consisted of a large walled-off prison facility and a mining facility where prisoners were forced to work. In 18 BBY the facility housed, among others, disgraced former Vice Admiral Edmon Rampart, imprisoned after the reveal of his involvement with the attack on Kamino, and was commanded by a warden. During that time, Clone Force 99 infiltrated the facility by hijacking one of the HCVw A9 turbo tanks utilized as prisoner transports and extracted Rampart to acquire the location of Tantiss Base from him.
