Background: The duskblade was a short sword wielded by members of the Nightsisters. Used both in battle and for ceremonial purposes, the duskblade had a curved single-edged blade and a one-handed hilt. Being lightweight, flexible and easy to handle, these swords were lethal in the hands of a trained user.
