Background: The Secure-A3 comlink was a common, handheld communications device. Produced by Naboo Technologies, the Secure-A3 comlink was incredibly lightweight. It was top-of-the-line and designed primarily for military use. Though this particular model was available only on the planet Naboo, similar models were available on the most technologically advanced worlds across the galaxy. This comlink could send encrypted messages, which were incredibly difficult to decipher if unintended recipients intercepted them. This comlink had a holder that could securely grasp the unit to a belt or pocket.
