Background: On the planet Zeffo, Scazz were vicious subterranean creatures that could convey their hostile intent from head to tail, with their oversized mouths being their primary weapon of surprise attack. Although they preferred to reside in shady or dark areas due to their poor vision in bright light, they could pose a serious threat in large numbers. During the Imperial Era, former Jedi Padawan Cal Kestis encountered several of these creatures and was attacked. However, their meat was considered to be edible.
