Background: A modified version of the Gozanti-class cruiser was used by the CIS Navy during the Clone Wars between the Confederacy of Independent Systems and the Galactic Republic.
The Gozanti-class cruisers owned by the Separatist Alliance were modified for their own combat use. As such, the cruisers were painted in Separatist livery and had two sublight engines. Similar to the standard civilian model manufactured by Corellian Engineering Corporation, the Separatist version had one dorsal and two ventral rectennas, as well as landing gear, and a ventral twin laser cannon turret.
Captured CIS Gozanti-class cruisers would later be used by the Galactic Empire.
