Background: RC-1262, nicknamed “Scorch,” was an elite clone commando who was part of Delta Squad during the Clone Wars. He and the rest of Delta Squad were once dispatched into a conflict from a Republic gunship to seize a location.

Delta Squad was deployed to Devaron and recovered the bodies of Jedi Master Halsey and his Padawan Knox. Delta Squad then transported the bodies to Coruscant where the leader of Delta Squad, Clone Sergeant RC-1138, informed Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi and several other members of the Jedi High Council about how the Jedi had died.

After the end of the Clone Wars and the rise of the Empire, Scorch was involved in training the first generation of non-clone Imperial stormtroopers. When the renegade “Bad Batch” infiltrated the facility he was stationed at to retrieve a defector, CC-5576-39 “Gregor,” Scorch engaged the rogue commandos during their rescue attempt, hitting Gregor with two blasts to his chest plate before being incapacitated by several stun blasts from the remaining rebel clones. He later regained consciousness and helped apprehend Hunter, bringing him into Imperial custody.
