In 32 BBY, Skywalker was using the workbench to build the protocol droid C-3PO, whose head rested on the ledge next to the stress analyzer as Skywalker brought Queen Padmé Amidala and the astromech droid R2-D2 into his room to show off the protocol droid. When Skywalker later left Tatooine to join the Jedi Order, the stress analyzer was not among the possessions he packed to take with him.
