Background: “Hunter” was the nickname of a clone commando sergeant who served as the commanding officer of Clone Force 99 in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars.

One of the millions of clones of the bounty hunter Jango Fett, Hunter was the leader of Clone Force 99, also known as “The Bad Batch,” an elite clone squadron consisting of clones with desirable genetic mutations. The force was named after the clone trooper 99, who served as maintenance on Kamino, and helped in the Battle of Kamino. Hunter’s mutation gave him enhanced senses, so he could feel electromagnetic signals, which meant while maps of enemy-controlled regions may be wrong, he rarely was.

Hunter was a little gruff, but not unfriendly. He habitually expressed himself in straight words, although at times he did show a sense of humor.
