Background: A Didynon fruit vendor operated a stall during the reign of the Galactic Empire in Janix City on the planet Janix. His inventory included a variety of foodstuffs, including several small melons. One night between 17 BBY and around 13 BBY, they were talking with an Ithorian customer when Devon Izara, a Twi’lek Jedi in hiding on Janix, stole several of the Didynon’s melons to give to her hungry Jedi master. As she walked away, she bumped into one of Janix Civil Defense’s Tactical Defense Droids, causing her to drop the stolen melons. Noticing the melons on the ground, the fruit vendor alerted the police droids in an alien language to the attempted robbery, who proceeded to arrest Izara.
