Background: Nadura was an alien ambassador in the New Republic following the defeat of the Galactic Empire. Formerly a resident of the planet Corvus, Nadura left after Magistrate Morgan Elsbeth forced the people of Calodan to labor in factories. After becoming an ambassador of the New Republic, Nadura returned to Corvus in the hope of seeing the planet join the Senate. Although Wing tried to dissuade her, Nadura chose to speak with Elsbeth, demanding that she stand down and turn herself in to stand trial for her crimes, promising that if she did so, Nadura would ensure she received a fair trial. However, Elsbeth refused to step down and ordered her guards to kill the ambassador. Nadura attempted to escape, but Elsbeth’s guards destroyed her starship, and the ambassador was caught in the explosion. However, Nadura had sent a distress signal to Bo-Katan Kryze, and the ambassador promised Wing that help would come before she died.
