Background: Designed by Veril Line Systems’, the ANT Construction Droid were six-legged droids with an appendage emerging from their head which they used to carry objects. A large number of ant droids assisted in the construction of the Jedi Temple of Luke Skywalker in 9 ABY. The droids carried stones from the surrounding environment and place them to shape a dome-shaped structure as part of the temple.
