Background: The Trailblazer was a refined EML-850 light freighter from the Republic Era. The ship was one of the last of its kind and was a prototype from the Clone Wars. The EML-850 light freighter was designed and produced by the Barsha family of Corellian industrialists during the Republic Era. It was designed to be equally well-armored and cargo-capable, making it ideal for smugglers and criminals. Still, its high cost resulted in mass production being abandoned in favor of other models. The freighters were scrapped except for the Trailblazer, which Sliro Barsha used as his personal starship. The Trailblazer would then be stolen twice by Jet Kordo and Kay Vess.
