Background: The Duchess was born to a noble family on the planet of Plazir-15. After the fall of the Empire and the founding of the New Republic, she and a former Imperial officer, Captain Bombardier, fell in love and were wed. The couple held the first democratic elections on the planet, in which they were elected as the rulers of the planet. The Duchess and Bombardier also reprogrammed Imperial and Separatist droids to become the workers of the planet, along with the Ugnaughts. This allowed all other citizens to take part in daily recreations.
