Background: Snap rats were a type of rat found on the planet Tenoo. They had gray skin, gray fur, brown eyes, as well as thin whiskers under its snout. Around 232 BBY, Jedi Initiate Kai Brightstar chased a snap rat around the Jedi Temple on Tenoo. He eventually caught the critter and delivered them to the safari droid SF-R3 “Aree” for a safer home. In the same year, multiple snap rats were put on display at the Creature Stall of the Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu.
