Effect: With great skill, power and knowledge, a witch may be able to bring a person back to life with their mind intact. To do this, the witch needs some form of that person’s DNA, the exact composition of their species’ body and an enormous amount of spirit ichor. Even then, this spell has a low success rate.
Background: A powerful Nightsister witches who study the art of Necromancy and advanced to the fourth tier of it’s knowledge may be able to bring a person back to life with their mind intact.
