Background: On the planet Bogano, there existed a species of carnivorous creatures known as Oggdos. These alpha predators were not sentient and had a thick, spike-topped bodies with a lightsaber-resistant hide. Oggdos had four legs and three bright green eyes above a large mouth filled with sharp teeth. Their long, purple tongues could extend up to eight meters to capture prey or pull in larger prey for consumption. They primarily fed on bog rats and were a threatening presence in the planet’s food chain.Â
During his search for the ancient Zeffonian Vault on Bogano, Jedi Padawan Cal Kestis encountered several Oggdos, including the Oggdo Bogdo subspecies. Later, Kestis faced a Spawn of Oggdo on Koboh, which was rumored to be a descendant of the original Oggdo Bogdo. The Haxion Brood also kept a captive Oggdo and forced Kestis to fight it in their arena on Ordo Eris.
