Background: Imperial Mobile Surgical Units, or IMSUs, were the prefabricated medical centers utilized by the Imperial Army. They were the latest incarnation of Republic Mobile Surgical Units used during the Clone Wars. These collapsible shelters served as a combination doctor’s office and operating room for Imperial medics and droids. During the Mimban Campaign, IMSUs were stationed at the Galactic Empire’s base of operations, Camp Forward.
