Background: Manufactured by BlasTech Industries, the rifle was a very robust variant of the E-10 blaster rifle. In 10 BBY, several Imperial range troopers were armed with BlasTech E-10R blaster rifles on Vandor during a heist on a conveyex by Tobias Beckett’s gang. A pair of range troopers stationed at Sienar Test Facility 73 in 4 BBY carried E-10Rs. During the mission to Banas at some point between 1 ABY and 3 ABY, range troopers under Commodore Kurtruk wielded E-10Rs against Jedi Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa.
