Background: Ayo Bons was a mercenary who worked with Vect Nokru and Vidara Jurness during the year 9 BBY. The mercenary captured the Princess Leia Organa on the orders of the Third Sister. The mercenaries then took Organa to the planet Daiyu and held her hostage in order to wait for the rogue Jedi Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi, to come and save her. Bons, Nokru, and Jurness ambushed Kenobi, but Kenobi escaped by using a spice he obtained earlier and took Leia to Mapuzo.
