Background: Phase II ARF armor, also referred to as Clone Reconnaissance Armor was the standard issue armor of clone scout troopers, a special branch of clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic. The armor featured less plastoid compared to the traditional clone trooper armor to allow greater mobility and flexibility. It replaced the Phase I ARF armor.
