Background: Ran Deezy was a Jedi Initiate in the Jedi Order who studied the ways of the Force at the Coruscant Jedi Temple during the Clone Wars.
Ran Deezy was a Force-sensitive individual of an unknown species, was inducted into the Jedi Order at a young age and began training in the ways of the Force at the Coruscant Jedi Temple shortly before the outbreak of the Clone Wars. Stationed at the Temple throughout the war, Deezy, joined by fellow student Farn Klin, attended a gathering of Jedi in a Temple comm station when General Grievous sent a holographic transmission in which the cyborg gloated over his capture and torture of Jedi Master Eeth Koth. Due to the shocking nature of the hologram, Grand Master Yoda asked Padawan Ahsoka Tano to escort Deezy and Klin out of the transmission room.
