Background: The HCT Training Droid were used on the planet Kamino at a Tipoca City Training Facility that was used to test the clones. At the facility, the droids were used by Tarkin to test Clone Force 99 in a combat proficiency test that turned into a live-fire exercise. They were kept in droid lockers underneath the training facility when not in use.
